Visa application form: Fill in the application form 157A for your student visa, including all details of your academic and professional history.
04 passport photos: 4 x 6 cm photo taken.
Declaration of relatives: Complete form 67 with full details of all your family members in Vietnam, Australia and other countries.
Curriculum vitae in Vietnamese (certified by the local government): List the details of your studies at all schools and courses, along with your work history.
Family Registration Book (notarized copy): A copy of your current Household Registration Book (full pages)
Birth certificate (notarized copy)

• Marriage certificate (notarized copy) - if married
• Work attestation (if working): Your current employment document, such as a labor contract or agency's statement of your current job and the length of time you worked with that company
• Letter of offer from an Australian school: This letter must state clearly that you have been admitted and must indicate the course fees.
• Letter to present the study plan
